I love what I do. I love getting messages from mums whose kids are sleeping better and are focusing and learning since they changed diets. I love hearing how my clients are having fabulous parties with great tasting legal foods for their kids. And getting messages about great poo really excites me!
But .. all of this comes at a cost. And who’s paying the price? You. You – the amazing, strong, dedicated mum who is doing whatever it takes to try and help your kids – are paying dearly. I see you. You’re stressed, frustrated, tired & wired, isolated, worried, sad, emotionally and financially drained. But you plaster on a brave face and keep going on and on to the next thing and the next thing, to the detriment of your own health and well-being.
Here’s what I know. We all want to heal our kids. To have them be the happiest and healthiest they can be. But you know when the real healing happens? When we heal ourselves first. (“Physician, heal thyself”)
I am continually exploring new and better ways to serve you. I have been doing a lot of new learning and personal development over the past few months and I am ready to shift my focus – to you. I want to empower you to be able to take charge of your own family’s healing. When parents feel happy and confident, it’s mirrored in their kids –when they feel overwhelmed and stressed it also reflects on their kids. I want to make sure your kids are seeing the right reflection in the mirror.
It’s not only children who grow. Parents do too. As much as we watch to see what our children do with their lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours. I can’t tell my children to reach for the sun. All I can do is reach for it myself
In a few weeks, I’m releasing a new program that’s all about you. To help you discover strengths and resources that will empower you to make the transformations you’re looking for; to lead you to a peaceful, happy and abundant life.
I’ll be reaching out for some beta-testers to help me shape this into a great experience, so if becoming empowered to make some awesome changes sounds good to you, stay tuned for more details.
Remember – your family deserves the best of you, not what’s left of you (Thrive)
