Tim’s Toolbox!

I have a lot of tools in my “Tim toolbox”. Things I’ve used for years, things I’ve used a few times, things I’ve used once and some that have never seen the light of day. The optimal diet for Tim is a given, so I don’t really consider it a tool since it’s a way of life. But the box is pretty much full with occupational therapy, supplements, speech therapy, chiropractic, kinesiology, vision therapy, ABA, psychology, homeopathy, osteopathy, tutoring. But there is one tool that I find myself using several times a day and not just for Tim, for the whole family. And that is my essential oils.

 

Oils are a relatively new addition to my toolbox. I’ve been using them for around 3 years now (some of those others have been in the box for close to 13 years). Until recently I haven’t shared much about my oily experiences because I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I don’t like to talk about things until I’ve researched the heck out of them, learned all the ins and outs and am comfortable that they work and would be a valuable addition to my life, my family’s life and my client’s lives.
